Jimmy Coombs is a Electrical Technician Specialist/ Level 2 Thermographer at EDE Electrical Motor Testing. With 15 years of experience, Jimmy has provided EDE troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, as well as Infrared Thermography scans to help our customers stay compliant with the testing requirements set forth in NFPA 70B. Jimmy has worked with a broad range of industries including Power Generation Stations, Mining, Food production, Sugar Mills, Medical Facilities, Paper Mills as well as Motor Repair shops and OEM's. 

Jimmy's passion is helping people, whether through technical support, field testing, training or lending a helping hand, he is always happy to help. Jimmy also enjoys leather working; a medium he employs for helping people by creating custom tool bags, protective covers, or durable leather accessories. He has been involved in leather work for the past 25+ years and keeps learning about it every day. 

Jimmy has also attended a variety of conferences through the span of his career. He has been to Regional and National EASA shows, LEMUG, CWEIME, PEARL, as well as the Northern Colorado Manufacturing Association and numerous shows associated with Mining and Paper Mill Industries.
